The workshop “Blending the DFT-based multiple scattering Greens’ function approach to spectroscopies with machine learning” will take place at the Les Houches School of Physics (Alps, France) from 30 October 2023 to 30 November.

Les Houches is a village located in Chamonix valley, in the French Alps.
Established in 1951, the Physics School is situated at 1150 m above sea level in natural surroundings, with breathtaking views on the Mont-Blanc mountain range.
Les Houches Physics School is UMS 2002 run by Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA). The 5 School Partners are UGA, the Institut National Polytechnique (Grenoble-INP), the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), the Commissariat à l’Energie Atomique (CEA), and the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon (ENS Lyon).

The arrival on Monday 30 October 2023 is only possible from 15:00 (3pm.). PLEASE NOTE, that it is not possible to arrive earlier, as the school buildings are closed before this time.
Lectures will start on the morning of Tuesday 31 October and finish at noon on 10 November. The rooms must be vacated by 9 a.m. the day of your departure, although late departure from the Les Houches school is still possible until 3 p.m. at the latest.
